As the property manager for this condo, we have been intimately involved in assisting the property owners in transitioning this unit into our vacation rental portfolio. We can tell you with absolute certainly, the care and complete remodeling this unit has been through in the past month is nothing short of amazing. The property owners reside out of state, and faced a really challenging situation before partnering with IMS. They have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on this amazing condo in the past three months. This is the most pristine of the pristine of vacation rental units in the greater Myrtle Beach area. No one leaves disappointed after staying in our fabulous Holiday Towers unit.

Such a great location and cute apartment. Everything I needed was there. Seasoning , towels , toys and chairs for beach. I went with husband, mom and 2 kids. There were games, books to read and cable. We were entertained ..(only need umbrella for beach ) washer and dryer was useful. Grill by the pool was easy to use. Neighbors friendly. Had basketball in unit for the court outside. Had dishes and utensils to use and 2 bathrooms. Nice view. Perfect stay!Je

Place was exactly as described. Was clean, comfortable and spacious. All the appliances worked and the shower pressure was good. It's walkable to various stores, restaurants and the beach. You can see the water from the unit. We felt safe coming and going. Communication was speedy, Very good place to rent. We had no complaints. Everything went well and everything was as pictured and described.
